What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. Some make the site work. Others tell us how it is used.
What we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Consent needed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cookie choice | Remembers your accept/reject choice in the banner, so it does not reappear. Kept both as a cookie and as a matching entry in your browser’s local storage. | Strictly necessary | No |
| Login/session | Keeps you signed in. Only set if you log in as an agent or admin; a visitor just browsing never receives one. | Strictly necessary | No |
| Analytics | We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless by design. No analytics cookie is ever set. | Not applicable | No |
| Marketing and advertising | We do not use these. | Not applicable | Not applicable |
Third-party content
- Mapillary street imagery (Meta) — used on some area guide pages for a walkable neighbourhood view. These services may receive your IP address when their content loads. Their own privacy policies apply.
- Google Fonts — used for the site’s typefaces. These services may receive your IP address when their content loads. Their own privacy policies apply.
- OpenFreeMap map tiles — used for the map on individual listing pages. These services may receive your IP address when their content loads. Their own privacy policies apply.
- YouTube videos in listings — shown as a thumbnail only; the video does not load until you press play, and it then plays in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not use YouTube’s own cookies. These services may receive your IP address when their content loads. Their own privacy policies apply.
- The WhatsApp link — a plain link to start a chat. It sets nothing on our page; once you click it, you are on WhatsApp’s own site or app and its own privacy policy applies.
Your choices
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner, and change your choice later using the cookie settings link. You can also block cookies in your browser, but some features will not work.
