Tanya mengapa.
  • Tekanan untuk membayar sekarang, for example “another buyer is waiting”.
  • Bayaran sebelum lawatan, especially to reserve a rental you have not seen.
  • Bayaran ke akaun peribadi. Purchase money goes to your lawyer’s client account or an account named in the signed agreement.
  • Pemilik yang “berada di luar negara” and cannot show the property, so you must pay first.
  • Penyenaraian disalin: the same photos under different names, prices or places.
  • Perubahan butiran bank saat akhir by email or message. Confirm by phone on a number you found yourself.
  • Tiada nombor pendaftaran. Only a registered estate agent may carry on estate agency business. See choosing an agent.
  • Janji visa atau pulangan terjamin tied to a property.
